Built on a 45-Degree Hillside Above Sumner
Heberden was a site prone to slips with easements and planning issues, we were challenged at every turn.
The resulting form is wedge-shaped, anchored into the hillside. The design maximises views across the ocean to the Alps and is topped off with 115m2 of roof terrace three levels above the cliff below.
